Privacy Policy
This notice describes the information Monoworks Inc. processes for registration and account management, inquiries, visits, and advertising measurement.
Effective date: October 6, 2026
Registration and account management
Registration processes your name, email address, password, avatar choice, and any profile image you choose to upload. Passwords are stored as hashes. Account records also include the account role, status, creation and update times, and other account-management information.
Profile editing can store your name, profile image, and self-description. We use this information for registration, sign-in, account and profile management, and role-based access. Account records are stored in MongoDB Atlas in the AWS Seoul region, and uploaded profile images are stored in Amazon S3.
Account information is retained until you close your account or request deletion of your personal information.
Names and profile images of active administrator and staff accounts are displayed publicly in the homepage team section.
To limit sign-in, registration, and password-reset attempts, we process hashes derived from email addresses or connection IP addresses together with attempt records. Password resets also process an account identifier, a token hash, and expiry and usage records. Reset emails are sent through Resend.
Inquiries and replies
The inquiry form collects a name or company name, phone number, email address, inquiry type, and project details. We also record the selected language, submission time, inquiry reference, handling status, and reply history.
We use this information to review your inquiry, contact or reply to you, and manage its handling history. Inquiries and reply records are stored in MongoDB Atlas in the AWS Seoul region and reviewed by our operators in the administration area.
When an operator sends an email reply, the recipient email address, subject, and reply content are processed through the email delivery service Resend.
Resend stores service data, including message content and delivery records, in the United States.
Retention and deletion of routine inquiry records
Routine inquiries and reply records are kept for one year after the last response and then deleted. Contract and accounting records are managed separately from routine inquiry records.
Website operation and visit statistics
The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics for page visit statistics. These statistics operate separately from the optional Google Ads measurement described below.
Vercel Functions are configured to run in Seoul, South Korea; Tokyo, Japan; and Washington, D.C., United States. These are function execution settings, not a statement that all Vercel operational records or statistics are stored only in those regions.
To limit repeated inquiry submissions, we process a hash derived from the connection IP address and submission attempt records. This feature stores the hash rather than the original IP address.
Separate cookies are used for language and theme preferences and to maintain sign-in sessions.
Optional advertising measurement
We load the Google Ads tag only after you allow advertising measurement. Google may use cookies and advertising identifiers to connect ad clicks with completed inquiries.
After an inquiry is successfully stored, we send the completion event and an inquiry reference to Google to avoid duplicate counting. The advertising event does not include your name, company name, email address, phone number, or project details.
Google may also process this information on servers outside your country of residence.
You can use the website and submit an inquiry if you decline advertising measurement.
Changing your advertising choice
Your allow or decline choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. If your browser restricts storage, we may ask you to choose again instead of restarting advertising measurement from an old saved allowance.
You can change your choice at any time using ‘Advertising preferences’ in the footer. Choosing Decline stops future advertising measurement in this browser. It does not retroactively delete information already sent.
You may need to choose again after clearing browser storage or using a different device or browser.
